  • Do we pay wages to Worklink or the employee?

    You employ the jobseeker as you would anyone else, so wages will always be paid directly to the employee.

  • What if it doesn't work out?

    We will always try to re-fill the position.

  • What paperwork is involved?

    There is no paperwork involved. The paperwork is no different to employing anyone else outside of Worklink.

  • What incentives are there?

    We offer a range of incentives for employers, varying from financial incentives (wage subsidies and wage connect) to personalised on the job support and training for the jobseeker and employer (Managing Diversity).

  • What are your fees?

    None. There are no fees associated with our services.

  • Why should I employ through Worklink?

    We will endeavour to ensure the jobseekers that we put forward to positions within your company are suitable to your requirements. We offer ongoing support to both the employer and the jobseeker once they are employed. If we don't have a suitable jobseeker we will let you know.

  • What is Worklink?

    Worklink is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers a Disability Employment Service on behalf of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.
