Peer Advisory Group

Worklink is aware that many of our peers have a unique expertise and understanding of the mental health issues which new Participants are faced with. We feel strongly that peer participation within Worklink is important to continually improving the quality of Worklink’s service delivery. Therefore the Peer Advisory Group evolved.

What is the Peer Advisory Group (PAG)?

We are a group of peers who act as the advisory body duly authorised to make recommendations on behalf of Participants to the Worklink Management Committee, specifically on issues related to documented policy and procedure, and the strategic direction of the Service.

If you would like to make contact with any members of the PAG to raise any issues, recommendations or simply express your view of the service just call Worklink, leave a message and one of us will get back to you. Alternatively you can fill in the Worklink compliments and concerns form and mention you would like to meet with us.

Two of the peer advisory group members have also been appointed as the peer representatives to the Worklink Management Committee.

The vision of the PAG is ‘to ensure participants have a voice and that Worklink responds to that voice’.
